We'll chat about your project and provide our quote. Once accepted, you’ll make the deposit and accept our T&Cs to secure the project!

DEVELOP

Let's get to know each other – we want to learn all about your business, your target market, goals for your package and start talking initial ideas.

DISCOVER

The most exciting step of all! We get to work on your deliverables while you sit back, relax and wait for your package to arrive in your inbox.

DESIGN

Once we’ve finalized your project, we'll put together high-resolution files and transfer them to you for your use!

DELIVER

  • We typically book projects 1-2 months in advance, with a 50% payment required ahead of time to secure a start date. Once you’ve signed our Terms + Conditions and we have received the first deposit, we will assign a start date to your project!

  • Each package and service has its own timeline for completion. Our timelines are based on a 1 - 2 day correspondence time. Please see package details for individual timelines.

  • We will provide a digital invoice with easy (and quick) payment options. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer.

  • We don't offer one-off logo designs because we believe a logo is just one small piece of your brand. If you are looking for just a logo, our ____ service that includes a logo suite, typography suite and color palette is the perfect fit to keeping things simple will still giving you a bold brand look.

  • Squarespace or Shopify, depending on your unique business needs. We are verified Squarespace Circle Members and Shopify Partners.

  • No problem! We can easily transfer your domain to your new platform.

  • We provide up to 2 hours of complimentary trainings (depending on your package) to walk you through your new site, which includes instruction on how to make basic changes. If you would like further training, we are available for our hourly rate. We are also available for website management on retainer. Please shoot us an email for inquiries on this service.
